Out of Hours and Crisis Support

Sources of Help and Support in Emergency Situations

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are in immediate danger, please call 999.

The Electrical Industries Charity offers support to those in the electrical and energy sectors. However, we do not provide immediate crisis assistance.

You can call and speak to our team between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday on 0800 652 1618 or you can complete one of our online contact forms (link below). If you require support outside of these hours, please consider contacting one of the services listed below.

Emergency Support

Dial 999 for immediate help from the police, ambulance, fire brigade, or rescue services.

Use this number if someone is seriously ill, injured, in danger, or if a crime is in progress.

Calls are free, and you can dial 999 even from a locked mobile phone.

Shout is a free, confidential, 24/7 text support service for anyone in the UK who is struggling to cope. Text ‘SHOUT’ to 85258 for free, confidential text support.
