We’re excited to announce that Samantha McFall and Marcus Leek have joined the EIC family!
The Electrical Industries Charity (EIC) is excited to announce the addition of two new members to the Board of Trustees. Samantha McFall, CEO of ANEW, and Marcus Lee, CFO of Rexel, UK & Ireland will bring extensive experience, knowledge, and passion to the Charity.
Samantha McFall has worked in the Electrical Wholesaler industry for over 18 years, making her a valuable addition to the EIC. As the CEO of ANEW, the largest, independent Electrical Wholesale group in the UK, her unique perspective, and knowledge will aid our mission to support those in need within the electrical and energy industries. It will allow us to hear the voice of the smaller, independent wholesalers in the industry and raise the awareness of the charity in this community.
Marcus Leek is a well-respected figure in the electrical industry, with over 25 years of experience and over 7 years as CFO for Rexel, UK & Ireland. His extensive knowledge of the industry and business acumen will be an asset to the EIC Board of Trustees. Marcus has been instrumental in some major changes at Rexel, including rebranding, digital and distribution and will bring valuable viewpoints to the board.

With the appointment of Samantha McFall and Marcus Leek, we will continue to advance our mission and grow our services, ensuring that we can provide the best possible support to those in need.

The EIC Board of Trustees oversees the charity’s activities and ensures that it operates in the best interests of the sector. The appointment of Samantha and Marcus will bring new perspectives and expertise to the EIC, enabling us to continue our growth and development.
The Electrical Industries Charity is the only charity in the UK that solely supports individuals and families in the electrical and energy industries and relies on fundraising.
The charity provides a range of services, including financial assistance, legal advice, mental health and well-being support, apprenticeship and education funding, and family support.
