The EIC provides resources, counselling, and training to help organisations build healthy team cultures. Through initiatives like the Wellbeing Talk Series and support for apprentices, the EIC nurtures communities that prioritise mental health.

One electrical contractor introduced a ‘community huddle’—a 10-minute daily check-in where staff could share challenges, wins, or just talk about life. It boosted morale, reduced workplace tension, and created stronger bonds across departments. It cost nothing—but made a big difference.
