This Mental Health Awareness Week, let’s come together to spread support, connection and hope.

At the Electrical Industries Charity (EIC), we’re a small but mighty team of 13 and behind us stands a growing, passionate community that powers everything we do. From delivering mental health support to offering financial assistance, we’re able to help more people every day because of you.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re shining a light on the power of community, because no one should ever feel alone. Whether someone is struggling in silence or just needs someone to talk to, your support could be the first step toward them finding help.

How You Can Help – It Starts With One Action

Now more than ever, we need your help to grow our reach and be there for those facing life’s toughest challenges.

Spread the Word
One conversation could change everything. Let your colleagues know that the EIC is here to help. You never know who’s silently struggling and your words could lead them to support that makes all the difference.

Join Our Network
Join one of our regional committees, become a brand ambassador, or sit on our Emerging Professionals (EP) Board. Your voice helps shape our future and widen our impact.

Fundraise Your Way
Host a quiz night, do a sponsored silence, run a race, or grow a moustache—it doesn’t matter how you fundraise, only that you do. Every pound raised helps someone take a step toward better mental health.

Why It Matters

Mental health matters every day. With isolation, stress and financial worry on the rise, the EIC’s support has never been more essential. And while we may be small in size, with your help, we’re a powerful force for good.

Thank You to Our Community

We want to take a moment to thank our incredible supporters, our fundraisers, our Board of Trustees, our committee members, our brand ambassadors and everyone who champions our cause. Whether you’ve organised a coffee morning, climbed a mountain, or simply reshared a post, you’re helping people find hope and healing.

Let’s continue to grow this community, one conversation, one post, one act of kindness at a time. Because together, we can make sure that no one in the electrical or energy sector faces their struggles alone.
