Managing Director and CEO
Tessa Ogle is Managing Director and CEO of the Electrical Industries Charity.
An experienced general management professional with an extensive track record in leading business growth, Tessa joined the charity from Parsons Brinckerhoff (a Balfour Beatty company) where she held the position of National General Manager for Oil & Gas. Under Tessa’s leadership the Charity will focus on four key programmes, the Apprentice Support Programme; Employee and Family Support Programme; Pensioner Support Programme and a Practical Participation Programme.

Our regional committees organised and hosted over 30 events throughout the year.
Not only do these events and activities provide much-needed funds, they spread the message about the Charity’s ability to assist businesses, employees and their families.

Our EP Board is highly influential, meeting 4 times a year the morning of the Trustee meeting to put forward key initiatives the Charity will undertake for the year. The EP Board holds 2 voting positions on the Trustee board and delivers a fresh perspective from our emerging leadings in the industry.

Join our Build Project Team
The Practical Participation Programme harnesses your specialist skills in terms of time, and tech-nical expertise in terms of engineering, construction, project management and all trade skills by providing practical help where it is needed most.
You will work alongside the EIC (and our leading charity partners) in solving or contributing to larger building projects, for those in desperate need of your help.
The Charity is averaging 2 build projects per year.
Once you have registered as a PPP volunteer we will approach you on an as-needed basis to ask for your assistance.
